CRG Opens Plantza Ghost Kitchen in Winnipeg

On July 18th, CRG opened its first vegan ghost kitchen, Plantza. We are pleased to announce that interest has already been substantial and we’re happy to have such great interest.

Currently, Plantza is operating out of the FAST FIRED by Carbone Roblin location in Winnipeg, MB. All Plantza menu items are available exclusively through our delivery partners such as Skip the Dishes.

Plantza delivers authentic plant-based pizza featuring delicious toppings from Modern Meat. Through CRG’s recently finalized partnership with Modern Meat, both FAST FIRED and our ghost kitchens will offer Modern Meat ingredients. Our new inclusive menu will feature a wide variety of 100% plant-based sauces, cheeses, crusts, and toppings.

CRG is proud to be a part of the shift towards plant-based ingredients. Through Plantza we are promoting easy, healthy food options. With our ghost kitchen model, plant-based pizza is easier than ever before and just as delicious. Our goal is to promote fresh ingredients, delicious food, and reduce the impact on the planet.

We want our customers to feel good about ordering from any of our stores. That’s why we’re excited to offer a new variety for our customers. With Plantza, we’re able to introduce new ideas and new pizzas like Plant-Based Pulled Pork and The Veggie Sicilian. Brand new plant-based pizzas delivered hot and fresh daily, that’s the pizza of the future.
